Pool Wash — Swimming Pool Tile Cleaning Acid, 5L Jar

Chemtex Pool Wash is a ready-to-use single-acid cleaner for the scale line on swimming pool tiles, walls and spa surfaces. It dissolves the calcium carbonate crust and hard-water deposit that builds along the waterline in Indian tap water - the grey-white band no amount of brushing shifts - and leaves the tiles bright without dulling the glaze.

Supplied ready to use: spray undiluted, allow ten minutes, scrub and rinse. The 5-litre jar is the pack for a full waterline or a drained pool - enough to work right around a commercial tank in one session rather than stopping to reorder halfway through a shutdown window. Contains no phosphates, so the clean does not leave behind the nutrient that feeds an algae bloom a week later.

Scale removal on a commercial pool is a scheduled job, usually in the annual shutdown, and the constraint is always time rather than product. A medium-strength single acid that works in a ten-minute contact period and is safe on concrete, rubber, plastic, glass, stone and glazed tile lets one crew work the full perimeter in a shift without changing chemicals for different surfaces. Pump two to three turnovers and re-balance pH before the pool reopens.
