When will I receive my order?
Once you've checked out on our website and your payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order within 24 hours via our delivery partners (this varies as per the shipping address provided during checkout). Any order within India should not take more than 7-10 working days to deliver depending on the location.

Please note: Since we partner with logistics providers, there might be cases where orders are delayed due to (unforeseen circumstances situations i.e. service delay due to the situation at large in your area of delivery). In such cases, we will provide a reference number for order tracking so that the customer can also get in touch with the logistics provider.

How will the delivery be done?
We have tied up with various delivery partners across the country and they will deliver your order.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You cannot change the shipping address once an order is confirmed. This might only be possible to change if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us on +91 98301 28797 if you need to change your address.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery charged will be displayed during checkout.

Do you deliver in my area?
You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - you will not be able to checkout.

Can I return any purchased products?
Once shipped, product cannot be returned. Return can be accepted if product is received as damaged.

Can I request a replacement?
If you receive any damaged goods on arrival, we strongly advice you to register a complaint within 24 hours of receipt, we may request couple of images of the same viz., damaged material’s pictures, packaging pictures, etc., which you need to submit on request. We request you to please drop us a mail at info@chemtexltd.com or alternatively call on +91 90736 78883 for registering complaint and request for a replacement.

Can I request to resend/refund the material if I am not available at residence/address?
In case you are not available at your mentioned address, our delivery partners re-attempt depending upon availability of delivery personnel. Post that delivery charge will be applicable. The free delivery offer is only for the first shipment.

My account got debited twice?
Please wait for your bank to complete the reversal process. Refer to the bank account statement to verify if your transaction has been reversed. For any other query drop us a mail at info@chemtexltd.com.

Is there any warranty on the machine?
The machines are imported hence we do not provide any warranty or service for the machines.
