Scope
This policy governs the dispatch and delivery of orders placed on chemtex.shop, operated by Chemtex Speciality Limited. It applies to all orders delivered within India.
Dispatch timeline
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST.
Delivery timeline
Once dispatched, orders are ordinarily delivered within 3–4 days.
This timeline is indicative and remains subject to transportation availability, weather and climatic conditions, regional disruptions, and other operational feasibilities outside our control. Deliveries to remote locations, hill stations, island territories and areas with restricted access may take longer.
We will share a tracking reference for every dispatched order so that you can follow its progress directly with the logistics provider.

Applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Certain heavy, bulky or hazardous consignments may attract additional freight, which will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before the order is processed.
Serviceable areas
We deliver across India through established logistics partners. Serviceability is verified against the delivery PIN code at checkout. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will not be able to complete checkout for that address.
Certain chemical products are classified as restricted for air transport and are moved by surface only. This may extend delivery timelines for such items to distant locations.
Delivery address
The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately on +91-90739-38217 and we will attempt to update it.
Please ensure the address, PIN code and contact number entered at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Failed delivery attempts
If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our logistics partner will re-attempt delivery subject to the availability of delivery personnel in your area.
Where a consignment is returned to us undelivered because of repeated unavailability, refusal to accept, or an incorrect address, any charge for re-despatch will be payable by you. The free delivery offer applies to the first shipment only.
Receiving your order
Please check the outer packaging before accepting the consignment. If the packaging is visibly damaged, torn or tampered with, record this with the delivery personnel at the time of receipt and inform us within 24 hours.
Chemical products must be stored as indicated on the product label and in the accompanying literature. Keep all products out of reach of children.
