PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ALSTHERM MP40 is a multipurpose boiler feed water treatment chemical, which when used in boilers or heat exchangers, inhibits corrosion, reduces scale deposits, conditions sludge and even removes dissolved oxygen from feed water. It provides multi-component boiler protection, the inte al surfaces of low and medium-pressure boilers, that use hard feed water. The formulation is an organic blend of organo-phosphonate, softening agent, sludge conditioner, & oxygen scavenger. It offers optimum corrosion protection by forming a protective passive layer over the boiler surface.

HOW TO USE
- Typical use concentration of ALSTHERM MP40 ranges between 400 – 600 ppm, depending upon the feed water characteristics and boiler water COC limits.
- For a boiler capacity size of 850Kg/hr., 300 g of ALSTHERM MP40 is quite effective, for regular maintenance.
- How it works? • Single formulation/product with multifunctional protection capabilities for boiler • Prevents corrosion by passive protection and building alkalinity • Reduces sludge formation caused by metal ions and metal oxides • Compatible with other treatment chemicals • Enhances heat transferability and saves energy • Overfeeding of the product five times does not pose any hazards.
