PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CHEMCLEAN 01 is a high performance liquid boiler descaling chemical, used for removal of inorganic water scales (deposits of calcium, magnesium, barium and other metal salts), rust, and other deposits from the surface of the low & medium size process heat transfer system. The formulation also removes heavy stubbo deposits of iron oxides, and suspended contaminants that get accumulated on boiler inte al surfaces. CHEMCLEAN 01 is suitable for all industrial components made up of MS, SS, Copper, and Cu-Alloys such as Cu-Ni except Zinc and Galvanized surface.

HOW TO USE
- Prepare a solution of 10.0 – 20.0 % wt. of CHEMCLEAN 01, preferably in warm water (70 – 80°C).
- Circulate the solution using an acid compatible pump (with polypropylene impeller) for a time period of 8 – 10 hrs.
- Post descaling, flush out the solution and rinse with normal clean water.
- It is recommended to passivate the system with ALSTASCALE PS20, to avoid flash rusting, at a use concentration of 2.0 – 5.0 % wt.
- The solution is to be re-circulated for an hour at an ambient temperature.
- Flush out the solution and retu system to normal service.
- How CHEMCLEAN 01 (Liquid Descaling Chemical) Works? Boilers often suffer from hard scale deposits of calcium carbonate, magnesium salts, and iron oxides on heat transfer surfaces.
