PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Alstashine is a self-foaming coil cleaner concentrate for AC condenser and evaporator coils, AHUs, FCUs, air-cooled chillers and condensers, car radiators and condensers, and air cooler tube bundles. The foam expands into the fin pack and lifts out dust, grease and carbon deposits from between the fins - where a brush cannot reach and a pressure wash just bends the aluminium.
Dilute 1 litre in 3 to 5 litres of water depending on how dirty the coil is, so each 1-litre jar makes 4 to 6 litres of working solution and the pack of twelve makes roughly 48 to 72 litres. Apply by spray, sprinkle, pour or dip, allow 10 minutes for the self-foaming action to work, then rinse thoroughly until the foam is gone. No scrubbing and no wiping.
The case for doing it is on the electricity bill. A fouled coil forces the machine to run longer for the same cooling, which raises consumption, loads the compressor and brings forward the next breakdown - and the dust sitting in the fins is circulating into the room. Twelve jars is a service contractor's pack: enough for a season of scheduled AMC visits without reordering.

HOW TO USE
- Isolate the unit — Switch off and isolate the power before anything wet goes near a coil. Cover the electricals and the fan motor.
- Dilute 1 litre in 3-5 litres — Use 1:5 for routine cleaning and 1:3 for heavily fouled coils. Do not apply it neat - the dilution is what lets it foam.
- Apply by spray, pour or dip — Spray, sprinkle or pour the solution over the fin face, or dip a removable tube bundle. Cover the full depth of the fin pack.
- Leave it 10 minutes — The self-foaming action does the work in that period. No scrubbing or wiping is needed, and brushing wet fins only bends them.
- Rinse until the foam clears — Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water until no foam remains, let it drain, then restore power.
